Our Policies

Pour Porter reserves the right to alter, update, or modify the shop policies at any time. By purchasing a product, it is assumed that you have read all of our policies and agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

Ordering Info

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation, and an email will be sent when your item has shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, check your junk or spam folder.

All Colorado residents will be charged state sales tax. Any Colorado residents purchasing items within the City of Longmont will be charged an additional tax..

We cannot guarantee availability of the purchased item(s). If the item you purchased is not in stock, we will issue an immediate refund and contact you. If an order is incorrect due to a system error — for example, a discount code that has expired is applied, — we reserve the right to void the transaction and allow you to repurchase.

You are responsible for providing us with the correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been shipped to an inaccurate address that you provided us, we cannot be held responsible.

You can check the status of your order by registering and signing into your account. This feature is not available to customers who forego registration and check out as a guest. While we endeavor to list all details concerning the items we sell, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding any item or your purchase. We are always happy to help!

We do not sell or share any of our customers' information, ever.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will depend on the total package weight, item volume, quantity, and your shipping location. We ship all domestic (USA) orders via USPS Priority with signature confirmation and insurance. International orders are shipped via USPS Express. Please note that most orders will be shipped the following business day, except holidays. Example: if you order on Monday, your package will ship on Tuesday. We do not currently offer any special shipping methods such as overnight and 2nd day.

You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order has shipped.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes where applicable. Depending on your country of residence, duties can range from 10-40% of the cost of the item. Be sure that you are willing to pay any duties and taxes levied against your items before you purchase.

International packages generally arrive between 6 - 10 business days; however, occasionally items can get held in foreign customs for longer periods of time, and we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

It is our responsibility to make sure your order is shipped to the address you specified during checkout. It is your responsibility to be available to receive or pick up your package before it is returned to us. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for any shipping charges to have the the package re-shipped.

If you'd like a shipping cost estimate, add the items you wish to purchase to the shipping cart, then use the shipping estimator.

  • Signature confirmation is required for all domestic shipments.
  • Domestic shipping: USPS Priority — approximately 2 business days (3 days to Alaska and Hawaii)
  • International shipping: USPS Express International — generally between 6 and 10 business days
  • International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Returns

If you need to make a return, please email us via our contact page to receive a Return Authorization number. You must have a Return Authorization number to return your item. We will respond within 24 hours so that you can make your return within the required time period. Be sure to write your RA on your receipt and place in your return package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Pour Porter is not responsible for shipping damages or loss that occur on return shipping, so you must purchase insurance. We will not refund you if an item is damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns may be made within 10 business days (M-F) of receipt of purchase (14 days total when non-business days are factored in) for exchange or refund unless they are Final Sale items. Example: Your package is delivered Monday April 11, it must arrive at Pour Porter by Monday April 25. Final Sale items (items marked down 40% or more) are only eligible for exchange or store credit. After 10 business days, purchases are no longer eligible for exchanges or refunds. Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, and resalable items will all tags and labels still attached will be accepted. Pour Porter inspects all items thoroughly prior to shipping.

All items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all tags attached to be eligible for refund or exchange. Do NOT try on shoes outside or on dirty floors. We cannot guarantee a full refund if the soles of shoes are damaged. All footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box. Do not ship shoe returns in just the shoebox. We cannot accept return footwear if the original shoebox is used as the shipping package.

Items marked down 40% or more are considered Final Sale and can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of return less shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping costs and all duties and taxes where applicable. Pour Porter Shop reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements.

Pour Porter Shop is not responsible for shipping damages that occur on return shipping. Purchasing insurance on return packages is recommended. If you do not pick up your package and it does not get returned to us, you will not be refunded the cost of the item until we receive the insurance payment. This can take several months. Also, please be aware that if you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee will apply.

If you'd like to exchange an item, you must purchase the item you wish to exchange your purchase for. When we receive your return we will refund you for the cost of the returned item less shipping costs.

For Final Sale items you return but do not want to exchange, we will credit your account for the price of the item when you ordered it. You can use this store credit toward any other item you wish to purchase.
